I talked to Bob this morning, July 28. He and Barbara caught RSV from their daughter when she was there. So in addition to the planned remodeling and antenna issues, Bob and Barbara are recovering from RSV. Good news is that they are on the mend. His voice was a little bit horse and he has been sleeping longer, but his sense of humor was good. Although his delta loop is down from the storms and his shack is in two parts of his house right now, I still predict he will be back on the air in a few days. /Ed

Bob, I’m so sorry to hear about you Barbara. I wish you a speedy recovery for both health and radio equipment.
I thought RSV was a young child illness. My youngest granddaughter had that about two years ago. I’m glad she was the only one in the household that contracted it.
