Condolences to the family.
Lowell had so many friends among his fellow ham radio operators. What a fine person. Always friendly and helpful. You could always ask Lowell a radio question and he would have a rock solid answer you could take to the bank. In my conversations with him both on the radio and in person I could tell that he had a fine moral compass as well. I would appreciate having more friends like Lowell. I will miss him. RIP Lowell NY4D.
