I just talked to Jerry on the phone. He sounded great. He is back home, tumor removed and good prognosis. Has some chemo and pulmonary therapy lined up but on the road to full recovery. He has not lost his sense of humor! /Ed

I just got a note from Heather, Jerry’s (The Admiral’s) wife. She says the Admiral is now in pulmonary therapy. The surgeons removed the tumor in his lung, a 3cm X 2cm tumor, stage 1. He is doing OK but a little depressed [to be expected under the circumstances]. He should be going home today, […]
