We just received info that Lowell passed away this afternoon. Ron/K4RJT was informed via the website by Lowell’s friend Jack/NW4TF. Bob/N1GE has been informed. It is very sad to pass this news along to all who knew this fine person and long time Treasure Coaster. May you RIP Lowell.
